SPIRIT GUMS
The most tried and
tested adhesive for use on the skin.
Water Based Spirit
Gum As its name suggests will wash off with soap
and water no remover is
required, but it is not suitable
for use where the person will perspire or it is hot as
it will loosen.
Spirit Gum (Mastix)
Ideal for most jobs but requires a remover.
Spirit Gum
Matt Dries without a shine when applied properly
Medical Spirit
Gum A silicone based adhesive for extremely
sensitive skin. Medical
spirit gum is pressure-sensitive
and drys very fast. Needs a
spirit gum remover. Not
suitable for hairpieces.
TV Spirit
Gum Thin consistancy, suitable for lace front wigs
& beards. Made with
natural resins.
Spirit Gum
P Specialised synthetic for beards, toupees and
wigs where perspiration is a
problem. Requires
special remover.
